Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll provide return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before mailing an item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Email us with your order number and the item or size you’d like instead. If it’s unavailable, we can help arrange a refund for an eligible return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

Return Eligibility

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return. Any additional exclusions will be identified on the product listing where applicable.
